Questions Parents Ask

Is remote tutoring as effective as in-person?
For most students, yes. Sessions are live and 1-on-1, nothing is lost to the commute, and many students focus better at their own desk.
Can we choose our tutor?
Yes — remote sessions can be booked with any of our tutors. Late-night sessions are with our dedicated evening tutors.
What do we need to join a session?
A computer with a camera and microphone and a reliable internet connection. A quiet spot helps, too.
Do you work with families outside New Jersey?
Yes, wherever you are. Book in your own time zone; the booking app shows every time in your local hours.
Can we switch between in-person and remote?
Any week. Most sessions can be booked either way, so come in when it's easy and log on when it isn't.
