FAQ

Foley Prep uses two account types: Parent/Guardian accounts and Student accounts. Most families start by creating a Parent/Guardian account, then adding their student from there.

1. Go to our registration page
2. Choose whether you are registering as a Parent/Guardian or a Student
3. Enter your first and last name
4. Enter and verify your phone number (you will receive a text with a 6-digit code)
5. Enter and verify your email address (you will receive an email with a 6-digit code)
6. Choose a username and password for your account
7. If registering as a Student, you will also provide your school, graduation year, and the types of sessions you are interested in (SAT, ACT, etc.)

There are two ways to log in to your Foley Prep account:

1. Go to the login page
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click "Log In"

1. On the login page, look for the option to log in with a code
2. Enter your verified email address or phone number
3. Tap the "Send me a code" button to receive a 6-digit code
4. Check your email inbox or text messages for the code
5. Enter the code to log in without needing your password

No worries! You can recover your account in just a few steps:

1. Go to the account recovery page
2. Enter your username, email address, or phone number — whichever you remember
3. We will show you the recovery options available on your account (email or text message)
4. Choose how you would like to receive your verification code
5. Enter the 6-digit code to verify your identity
6. Set a new password for your account

If you are a Parent/Guardian with linked student accounts, you can switch between them at any time:

1. After logging in, you will be taken to the account switcher where you can choose which account to use
2. Select your own account to manage billing, or select a student's account to view their schedule, scores, and assignments
3. You can switch accounts at any time by returning to the account switch page from the navigation menu

2. Tap "Book Now" to open our Schedule app and select "Schedule a Mock Test"
3. Select the type of mock exam you would like to take (SAT, ACT, etc.)
4. Choose your preferred date and location
5. Tap the "Continue and Review" button to review your selection
6. Confirm your selection and submit your request

1. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard
2. Tap "Book Now" to open our Schedule app and select "Find a Small-Group Tutoring Session"
3. Browse the available small-group classes
4. Choose your preferred test type, tutor, and time
5. Tap the "Continue and Review" button to review your selection
6. Confirm your selection and submit your request

1. Log in to your account and go to your dashboard
2. Tap "Book Now" to open our Schedule app and select "Request a 1-on-1 Appointment"
3. Choose the session type you need (SAT, MCVSD, Academic Tutoring, etc.) and the service style you prefer (In-Person or Remote)
4. Select the session your preferred tutor, date, and time from the available options
5. Tap the "Continue and Review" button to review your selection
6. Confirm your appointment details and submit your request
