Prepare for the SAT or ACT at your own pace, any
place
Students who prefer to work without distractions or need a little
extra personal attention can sign up for
private 60, 90, or 120-minute sessions with one or more of
our
expert Foley Prep Pros. These sessions can be booked according to your schedule and commitments. If
you
can’t attend classes at the same times on the same days every week, this type of session is for you!
We
have a variety of session packages to choose from, or you can book sessions one at a time. Either
way,
you can book sessions on
your time, at
your convenience.
Who should take private sessions?
Families who need maximum scheduling flexibility or have other special needs. We also
strongly
recommend
one-on-one tutoring for
struggling students who have scored below 21 or above 28 on the ACT or
practice ACT
and below 1050 or above 1300 on the SAT or practice SAT. If your child has never taken one of these
tests
before, they can take one of our diagnostic “mock” tests online before they begin sessions!
What can students expect?
Foley Prep Pros
design and target each lesson to the needs of kids who have registered at least 24
hours
in
advance. Private sessions move at a pace that best fits the student’s needs. If a student in private
sessions need extra time to comprehend and practice the concepts, the lesson will move a little
slower
to
make sure the student feels confident before moving on. If a student gets through the practice tests
quickly
and seems to have a good handle on the material, the lesson will move a bit quicker to challenge the
student
and push them a little beyond their comfort zone.
